Switched On – Wavelength – Electronic Us

Pulselovers was started as a bedroom project by Mat Handley in 2015. Influences come from late 70s electronica, post-punk, folk and psychedelia filtered through childhood memories and a sense of place. The music is produced using analogue and virtual synthesisers, percussion, field recordings and tape loops. Collaborative contributions come from friends and allies utilising guitar, bass, violin, flute, recorder, sax and clarinet.

For Switched On, Pulselovers will feature Mat on synths and loops with John Alexander on guitars and percussion. 

Outside of Pulselovers, Handley runs the labels Woodford Halse, Preston Capes and Fenny Compton while John records as Floodlights.
